Our understanding and approach to training is that every single movement made is a unique and complex interaction between fascia systems, muscles, nerves, and bones. And it is how this interaction is managed by the brain that pushes athletes to transcend their limitations.
Data-Informed Curriculum.
We're data-informed. Based on the feedback we receive on your body and its movements, we create personalized, individual curricula for each athlete to tailor their athletic needs. We use groundbreaking technologies training sessions to collect real time performance data, study your biomechanics, and leverage it to determine how to improve the performance of important body systems that are needed to perform at the highest level. In providing this immediate feedback, athletes are able to adjust their form to get the most out of every session.
Consistent Evaluation and Assessment.
Progress can't be measured without detailed data. To track progress, we start with an initial evaluation by conducting an Athlete Assessment which contains intensive mental and physical assessments to establish your performance baseline. After taking the Athlete Assessment, we analyze your biometric performance data and develop a personalized curriculum based upon performance metrics as well as a comparison to group data of high-performing male or female athletes in your sport.
We also collect and measure changes in nutrient intake, neural activity, and sleep patterns. In securely collecting all of this data, we provide constant comprehensive analyses that help athletes get to where they need to be to perform at their best.
