Training
No Weights. No BS. Real Results.
Our current training strategy is divided into two subsystems called strength and performance. The primary objective of our process is to help athletes define their optimal playing weight. Once a baseline is established, we can begin the evaluation of each system. We are training our athletes with the purpose of developing freakish levels of strength without any significant increase in size or weight. How can this be done? Our training methods focus on technique and execution of specific physical movements and sequences of those movements, without the use of weights.
Strength training
3 objectives:
To develop the highest power-to-weight-ratio
To develop the highest ratio of horizontal-to-vertical propulsion
To develop the highest level of proficiency of physical movement skill
Performance training
3 objectives:
To develop the highest level of physical fitness measured using our modified Bruce protocol VO2Max in [ml/kg/min]
To develop the highest level of speed
To develop the highest level of power and quickness for success in our athletes’ respective sports.
