Our current training strategy is divided into two subsystems called strength and performance. The primary objective of our process is to help athletes define their optimal playing weight. Once a baseline is established, we can begin the evaluation of each system. We are training our athletes with the purpose of developing freakish levels of strength without any significant increase in size or weight. How can this be done? Our training methods focus on technique and execution of specific physical movements and sequences of those movements, without the use of weights.

Fine Tuning Muscle Technology.

Athos is the gold standard in measuring muscle activity, informing athletes how their muscles are working in response to movement and load. Through Electromyography (EMG), the electrical activity of muscle contraction can be detected and recorded, quantifying muscle balance, form, exertion, and overall performance.

Brain and Neuroplasticity Training.

Halo Sport is two-thirds of our Brain Training Trifecta. A brain stimulator designed to help athletes' learn movement faster, Halo Sport works by sending a small electrical signal to the part of the brain that controls movement putting it in a state of hyperplasticity. This means your brain is primed so you can get more out of each training repetition so you can gain skill, strength, and endurance faster.

Polar Heart Rate Monitors measure the athlete’s heart rate throughout training with maximum precision. The monitors are able to connect to a wide variety of training devices including bluetooth.
